What should I bring with me on the day of the tour?

All passengers must present a government issued photo identification card, such as a driver’s license or passport, along with the credit card which must match the name on the ID. No exceptions are made.

Is there a weight limit?

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, we cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 280lbs (or 127kg). For groups of three passengers, total passenger weight should not exceed 550lbs (250kg).

How long in advance shall I arrive for my tour?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Passengers who fail to check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure may have their tour duration reduced or be considered ‘no show’, with no refunds issued.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend children older than 2 years old. All children occupy one seat of the aircraft and needs to use the seatbelt for safety.

Can I plan something special for a celebration?

Will I get a window seat?

Every passenger gets a window seat and a headset that is connected to an intercom system.

What happens if I get airsick?

We offer sick sacks in the aircrafts. There will be a $20.00 service charge for passengers being sick outside of sick bags.

Can I bring a camera on board?

Yes, you can bring your camera and mobile phone. Please be aware that we don’t take responsibility for damaged electronics during or after the flight.

What should I wear?

We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sunglasses for flights during the day.
